The service is not up to standard

Place is very busy and prices are not expensive, but it could do with improved management of resources. There is no dedicated cashier and you end up wasting time queuing at the wrong sales point, which suddenly went out of service and dealing with administrative matters. BUILD-IT please fix this and the experience will be great if not excellent.

Very bad nothing works

It would seem to be family owned, note seem, unqualified staff, I had to buy mosaic tile cement, the floor sales guy gives me ceramic tile cement, I then go to the yard, the yard manager is so busy on his phone that he ignored me. And so the waste of time began. R140 difference in price. It then has to be credited. And low and behold a nightmare. The supervisor is standing right there, but has to call someone else to do the credit, yet she has to put in her code??? My experience, if you really really really have no other choice buy from them, if you do have just that little bit of time and want to save money. Don't, time is money and you will be wasting both.-------------------------492 reviews for this business, most saying what I am saying, today I received an answer to this review stating, and here is the kicker that they, who ever they may be. Can not allow this.?? And that I should phone them, and they supply a number, my question is this, why would the owner /manager stop saying it can't be allowed and actually do something about it. 492 reviews and roughly 65% or more state the same thing. The facts have not changed. The manager in the yard still ignore people, the short lady in front still believes that she is doing the client a huge favor. As do most of the staff in front. Therefore Sir / Madam why should I waste my time and effort and airtime to phone you?? I didn't screw up, you and your staff did. As I say, if not family owned then the staff has the owner by the short hairs. All reviews over a period of time and nothing has ever been done. The choice prospective client is yours. Just be aware of what awaits you.

Perfect service, every one Is given a well deserved respect. Employees are working very good with each other, I could tell they love their job.

The building is too small and clustered, if they can a bigger space to allow customers to maneuver around while shopping.I had to end up using cash because they refused to assist me with my Game Stores RCS card. How the card operates is that when one has a card with a PIN, no Identity Documentation is required, however, when there's no PIN it's totally different story. In this instance mine has a PIN yet they demanded that I produce an ID.I think store managers and staff needs to be educated on such services.

Average service ,nothing to write home about but will shop there again

Went to ask for the materials that I bought in November to be delivered only to find out that some were out of stock and some were not enough and when they were supposed to refund us the lady with the tattoos was shouting @ us,she's got a very bad temper

Useless hardware I have ever seen

The service here is very poor. Even the staff members are very unprofessional. The worst thing you could do is return items at this store, they will give you excuses upon excuses before giving you a refund, despite having the item in good condition and its original packaging.
