Not great! Ordered a display replacement and then they called that it'll take 4 days to get the spare parts. In the meantime, they sent quotes via email which they accepted themselves!

Takes a really long time 1/2 hour or more per customer to check the phone in.They test the phone, make you wait for a really long time. Everything ticked, phone works fine, just a screen issue.Once the phone is booked in they try and find other things wrong to increase the quote by R10k.Not going back.

Gave my cell in to have screen and back repaired as part of insurance claim. Good communication, smooth process. Edit : (Nov 2020, A year later) - Gave them a tablet to fix as well. Again, smooth process, highly recommended.

Good day allI had my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced within an hour. They provided me with excellent customer service and their technical staff did a great job. Now my iPhone 6 Plus screen is made better by weFix woodmead.I would recommend this store to anyone.

I did a booking online and was phoned back and I missed the call, however i phoned them back and they booked me on Saturday. I went there on Saturday only to be told that they did not have stock for my phone. I was already frustrated as I has waited the whole week to drive there. They deserve a one star or none, however the second star is for the lady who was at the reception she really tried but there was nothing she could have done since they did not have stock for my black screen phone. I hope in the future they fix this.

I dropped my phone in water for about 10 seconds and brought it in. It just looked like the screen was broken so I took it in. I thought I would pay R600 as per their website but they quoted me R1250. I accepted the quote and it's been 8 days since. They've been telling me for 6 days that they've been waiting for parts. I need my phone for tomorrow. They could be a lot faster on their process

Poor service and lack of communication. Avoid!I was told my phone would be delivered back first thing". It's now the afternoon and "first thing" has come and gone.The response from WeFIx is as follows:arranged your courier yesterday as promised for overnight

Ordered parts for my MacBook in November and they said they will call me when it arrives. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks I tried calling, only to realize that there are no working numbers for the store on Google or their website. Four months later I was still not able to get hold of them so went in to the branch only to find out that they have no records of my order. What’s worse is that I witnessed a very upset client in front of me in the cue, due to them not being able to find two iPhones that he gave in for repairs. They also appeared not to have any history of him giving in his phones for repairs. Really dodgy services

Terrible repair centre, a defective screen is always so called damaged in another way with them when it’s within a warranty. Then they want you to purchase another screen.Rather use the IStore or some place that actually repairs the product correctly. The screen isn’t even glued back down properly falls out.Yet to find a honest value in this company

Whilst the actual service was pretty quick , swapped out my battery within 2 hours.The communication or customer service was definitely lacking , logged a repair on the website on Jun 1 , no response from anyone ... I had to walk in the store my self and book in the device and there was no apology offered for the non communication.Standard procedure would have been getting a text saying the stock is ready and I should go back , you'd think right. Nope, 2 days later I walked back in the store myself and asked if the stock has arrived (the email quote and acceptance did not even reflect their mandatory 50% deposit for ordering a part on your behalf).So yea , sighs all round
