Pathetic service. My internet has been going off every night for the past month and there is no end in sight. Would not recommend them to anyone. If there were any alternative internet providers in my area, I would be sure to use them instead.

Pathetic service, never have working wifi, very quick to debit your account for a service that they cannot deliver. When you contact the office to find out what the problem is they cut you off. Would strongly advise people looking for wifi to look elsewhere.

We've been having connectivity issues for a month now. The hardware has been replaced twice, yet the problem persists and no one seems to have the technical knowledge to identify the problem and fix it.

This ISP should have been out of business. For 3 years I've been struggling to get a stable connection. The speed is so slow and intermittent. Then their agents give you different reasons that don't even make sense. They don't follow up, all they do is try and get you off the call. I'm disgusted by these people but they want their money every month. In the last 2 days I've been off line more than 12 hours and im connected to a UPS. Pathetic.

Good Day I paid @ the Queenstown branch for this month for my services and I am getting double invoiced at my work email, please investigate your Queenstown branch.For 5 months I paid for a 75Mbps fibre line and for 5 months they forgot to upgrade me to the new speed my son showed me that we were on 30Mbps no apology nothing when I showed them. Now they sending me double invoices please do follow up with them. Maybe upgrade how the staff talk to your customers.

Poor Service with you guys you really don't care about us but only our money its 4 days without Internet no communication being done unless I do follow up am paying alot of money to be without Internet I've been with you since 2019 you don't improve instead you make us feel like you just doing us a favour. Really not happy with Herotel. Moved from one location to another. The equipment was moved by Herotel technicians. For this movement I had to pay R500 only to find out that the they never checked that the internet connection was good to go. So they had to return again and they are telling me they want to charge me because they have a call out fee of R500. I'm extremely annoyed because had they checked that the connection was working then they wouldn't have needed to return but now they want me to pay. This is insanely crazy!This issue has been subsequently been resolved.

Shocking. The tech staff is great it's the people on the phone who have a tendency to be awful. Its my 7th day calling them to fix my wifi and they basically toss you from department to department. Very quick to charge you and equally slow to fix a connectivity issue. I'd give it zero stars if possible at this point.They do maintenance and send out zero communication until you ask them so if you work from home you're going to struggle. Only 3 of their staff members were helpful and actually wanting to work. Over it.

Worst WiFi experience I have ever had. As I am writing this review the WiFi stops working. Waste of money.
