Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Exactly what I expect from all Build It stores.Product range is smaller than the shop I am used to elsewhere, but it is clean, neat and well stocked.Could do with a bit more parking and an alternative entrance for their deliveries. I don't know if they can do something about that, though. Also the patch of road needs attention. Perhaps not their responsibility. Other than that, no complaints.

The service in this place is out of this world. The ladies assisting you are just at another level. This is now my go to hardware store. For service and pricing, there simply is no better store.

Had some unpleasant encounters in this store also. Finding prices can be a headache and sometimes the staff lie to you about items but most of the time I find what I'm looking for.

Friendly and attentive staff, variety is good, great ambiance in store... never came here until i did some home renovations... They really need to promote themselves more bluntly as they are much much better than their peers... Keep it up!!!

I was very impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff members were. They went the extra mile to source items that were not in stock. Prices for the pump and HDPE plumbing fittings I required were also much lower than the competitors in Secunda. Definitely a must-go for the building necessities.

Being new in the area I wasn't sure whether the store had just moved in or they were renovating or upgrading. The entrance was blocked with a truck and stock was being off loaded with a forklift, the pallet had broken and it took a while for myself and other patrons to get out.

Worst staff ever. Looks like everyone is on slow strike. Ignore you when you ask for help,they just turned around and walk away. I've been going there for years and this was definitely the last time.
