Dialdirect Insurance

For a week now I get no answer from Golokile Nkwana..the Customer Service Person at Dial Direct ...I sent emails,but all has been ignored...I ask for cancellation of policy, sent everything to her, and that was the last I heard from her. .It's very sad that the Customer Service consultant doesn't even respond ...It scare me to think how they would have reacto if I had a claim ...Bad service! !!!!!

I pay Dial Direct monthly for a driver assist feature (I am an old member and kept this option through COVID) and between Dial direct and Roadtrip the two parties can't communicate correctly. They went to the wrong end of the city 3 times now as they got the address wrong, and twice the lift never showed up and we had to take an uber because they can't get our address right. Again I am paying Dial Direct for this so between Dial Direct and Road trip I honestly don't care who is to blame, but these two parties need to improve the experience for the client as I can't constantly play middle man and call and explain something as simple as my address for half an hour on the phone every time I want to book a ride home and to make matters worse have to be forced in a situation to utilize Uber after actually paying for this service.

My dad took an insurance with dial direct which him being the regular driver and me being the insured driver as well. The car was in a major açcident on the 07/07/2022 which I was driving for work.My dad used the car most of the time, due to my mum unwell and daily events. We are so disappointed that our claim was rejected, due to an assumption by the claim consultant that I am the regular driver. We did a dispute and we still await the outcome of the claim. The consultant of the dispute said they will take 7 days to get back to us which was on the 08/08/2022. Till date no one as contact us. Our premium was paid on time and there were no other claims made before this. We totally feel that this is unfair due to the fact that my dad cannot take me for hospital check ups and my mum can not get proper medical care due to inconvenience. We don't wish anyone to take this insurance as they are looking for faults not to pay the claim.

Terrible service. The consultant in charge of my claim does not return calls or respond to emails. A company is only as good as it's weakest link.

Claim: 929579160-/1Dial direct are you guys working or you have closed the business,since November 22 2022 I am still waiting for response on. Claim for geyser replacement I wonder who ever is dealing with my claim sleeps at night knowing I have a claim I haven't responded since 22 November 2022 and you expect to get paid every month.Some people are lucky .ihabe to give you guys a 1 because there is no zero

I had a bad experience with dial direct insurance and I wouldn't recommend this insurance to what's anyone because at fast they promise you things that they no that there wouldn't help you with I totally regret joining them cause now am fixing my car by myself with I have an insurance and when it's at the end of the month they send you messages to pay as if when you claim the would help you as they want you to pay then month to month...

How can a geyser claim take 3 months to be approved? I am still waiting for my geyser to be replaced

Scary ratings from the majority of members. I also had a bad experience when claiming for a flat battery. I had to wait for more than 2 hours on the side of the road without update. I had to make a follow-up call and got sad news that service providers on the area are not working. I had to sort myself out. Maybe it's time to look for an alternative otherwise I have to prepare mysel for the worst.

The app is hopeless it doesn't work l took my car to glassfit for inspection after numerous attempts on the app.But still the inspection is still not updated on the app its still demanding that l do a self inspection.I am

Here is my experience with dialdirect, on the 14 of January 2023 around about 11 am , I was driving home. As I was driving there was an on coming truck overtaking, and I realized that this truck is coming straight to me, I applied some breaks, but I noticed that it will be a head on accident. Then I had to take my car of the road to save my life from head on collision. Then after that I lost control and balance and it rolled after. Today the called saying my claim is rejected due to the point that the accident could have been voided,if I was not overspeeding. And they say I was driving at 118km instead of 80km during time of accident. Yet there are NO signs on that road as precaution speed limitsThey just told me that I have 24hrs to return back they courtesy car and 48hrs to remove my car from where it was towed to. They won't be able to pay for my car and it's written off.
