Dr Fred and Elana make a magic team. Extremely professional, empathetic and helpful. They have really helped my wife get over her fear of dental procedures. Very caring people. Would highly recommend them.

The reception was so rude, she could not even answer the questions I phoned to asked. She just sounded irritated and annoyed and I do not know the reason.

Dr Van ZYL is absolutely fantastic. As someone who is incredibly scared of dentists and the judgment when visiting, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended.

The audacity. These rooms will make you wait up to 45 minutes to see the dentist - and if you dare walk out after all that wait - they will lie about your appointment time - even when you received text confirmations from them and arrived 15 minutes prior to your booking. Note to rooms: incompetence plus incompetence equals incompetence.

What an amazing practice, I made a booking for my 7 year old after he ran into a sliding door and chipped both his two front teeth. I have to say that my biggest fear was that he will have a bad experience and refuse to ever go back to a dentist and Dr van Zyl was absolutely fantastic he spoke to him and explained what he was doing as he was doing his magic. During my sons fist visit Dr van Zyl found that he needed a filling but was skeptical that being only 7 it might be challenging to do a filling in the chair. WELL the filling was a walk in the park my son was so comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Dr van Zyl :-)
