They came to repair my rattling aircon. A week later the rattle returned. I called them and they demanded I pay again. I am unsatisfied with their poor service delivery. They don't care about their workmanship but only to get the most money out of you.They replied to this comment asking for my contact details, which I submitted. They never contact me. They don't care.

I dropped my Snowmaster Camping Fridge off to be repaired and I never saw it again. I was really hoping that management would do the right thing by instead it all came down to the fact that I couldn't prove that I had left my fridge there, really disappointing.I have 'lost' a R9000 Camping Fridge and there's nothing I can do about it.
