Took my vehicle for a service. Price was reasonable. While they serviced my vehicle they dropped me off at a location of my choice and fetched me again once the service was completed.Also they cleaned my car inside and out without me asking or charging extra.

I dealt with Bongani who was efficient, friendly and very professional. He made sure my entire experience was a happy and stress free one. He was on the ball and was even prepared to travel to me twice to firstly test drive the vehicle as well as do the handover. Exceptional service. When it came to getting my finance sorted Irene, who works for the branch was exceptional. I highly recommend both the dealership as well as Bongani and Irene. Thank you.

I used to service my car at Philwest the past 10 years and received excellent service. This morning I tried making a service booking and was greeted by the most unwelcoming person on the telephone at the service department. Not to mention how unhelpful the person was. I phoned NTT stellenbosch and was greeted friendly by the staff and they assisted me without any issues. Regards Andre

Ashley assisted with sale of a vehicle. He went over his feet helping us out, assisting with every single step and piece of admin needing to be done. He 1. assisted out of his pocket (literally from his personal bank account) to get the wheel lock nuts removed by a 3rd party company (which I paid back to him personally), 2. assisted with all the admin (which I suppose is his job - but sill greatly done), 3. removed the number plates and kept it for me for pickup afterhours and in the end 4. he gave me a courtesy happy pack of VW goodies as well - also which he didn't need to do. If everyone was a great as Ashley, the world would certainly be a better place. Thanks once again. I'll be back for servicing / buy of a car in the future if needed.

We were most satisfied with the service we received when our car went in for a repair. The cause of the fault was found following an overnight test and a part had to be ordered. The service department called several times to give us updates on the progress of the repair. The car was repaired faster than we had expected considering the fact that a part had to be ordered. Charlie, our service advisor, even did all the paperwork to be submitted to the insurance for the claim and we received a refund within a few days. Charlie also showed us photos of the fault, a leak in the back of the cooler tank, when we came to collect the car. We appreciated the pick up service by friendly drivers to and from our home whilst the car was in the garage. We were disappointed that our T-Cross, only just over 3 years old and with 25,000 km, developed a leak in the cooler tank and hope that no further major issues will arise as we have been very happy with the car up til that point.
