Scam Business don't waste your time calling they will just drain your money, very poor customer service Also. If you want your treadmill repaired or serviced rather take it to a place that has a physical address you can go tooo.

SCAM BUSINESS!Treadmill Repairs KZN DBN is a scam. They appear to be extremely helpful and professional when you contact them but please do not be fooled by this.They came to fix my treadmill and refused to leave until I had paid. A day or two later my 'repaired' treadmill began giving the same issues. However when I tried to contact the business again they ignored my communication.

Hi recently I posted a review off how dissatisfied I was with the service I received from these guys but I have to retract my statement since then I have received an apology from the company cos they were closed due to covid infection and they were unable to assist at that time but since they have went all out to help me and want to say a big thank you and sorry for the hasty post

This company is not to be trusted. They SCAMMED me out of R9000 and i was above to give them 15 more boards to do. They sold me faulty boards. I am in a process of getting their accounts frozen. I will reach out to all unsatisfied customers too. FRAUD.

This is a professional scam for call out fees , I requested a repair on my treadmill image 10.0 in December 2020, they charged me a call out fee of R500 i agreed they came and removed my mother board, been 3 months now since they didn't repair or return my board , when you try calling they ignore your calls neither do they respond to messages ,they even parked their vehicle in a distance, very unprofessional company a bunch of thieves and liars.
