Ordered 20k worth of brass, gave cut plan and list, still cut it wrong. Was told order is ready, got there and not done. New premises same arrogant shoddy service.

Bad Service. Always waste a ton of time waiting around for extremely slow staff. Inconsistent pricing on phone vs at counter

Very unprofessional. Prices differ depending on who you email. Been waiting 5 days for delivery after they cut my products incorrectly. Everyday they promise to be there tomorrow but just never deliver. Ended up having going back to them for the 3rd time. Awful service. Please try anyone else if you can. Had awesome service from Maizeys !

Your one-stop shop for all things aluminum, copper and brass. I always find what I'm looking for. Staff could be a bit more helpful, especially if you have questions that need answered. Prices are comparable with other companies selling metals.

Luckily I only shop here a few times a year for offcuts. Which i understand is not their core business. However every time I leave it get the feeling that I've been taken to the cleaners / overcharged. Pot luck with the staff who don't really want to sell or help. Looking for an alternate supplier.

The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me even though I didn't place an order ahead of time.

I sincerely hope that the Owner of this establishment sees this! I have never come across worse customer service or lack thereof in 20 years! The piss poor attitude of the lady" staff was abysmal

Have been dealing with them for many years and have had good service from the sales staff. Recently the service has deteriorated significantly. I put this down poor management. The management has always been lacking but seems to have hit rock bottom now. I am hoping to find an alternative supplier. Their stock control and replenishment systems are very unreliable. Complacency is the name of the game here.I buy the same 2 metal extrusions from them and have spent over R200,000 with them in the past year alone. However they regularly run out of stock so I need to try and find it elsewhere. I am a cash buyer and pay up front, but they regularly are not able to deliver after payment. Apparently the system shows that they have stock when in fact they do not. It has taken them 9 days to do a partial delivery of my latest order.

Service is terrible after the big move.I collect my invoice then have to wait an hour for my order to be given. They are either on tea or walking around and doing work".Before the move they were okay but now they have become very lazy on helping customers or clients.I'm very sad to see this service out of them."
