This is a great place to head to, to recover after a workout ; it doesn't matter whether you are a weekend warrior or a back runner, everyone is made to feel welcomeThey have everything you can absolutely think of, and their staff are so knowledgeable and friendly.This is an experience that will have you wanting to keep going back and back again daily.

Been here multiple times for an ice bath, nice service and staff.Only thing is the price increased from 80 to 125R, which is in increase of more than 50%, which is insane in my opinion..That's why I gave 3 stars instead of 5. Cheers
