Only if the Aircons could work in this hotel room. We had to change 3 rooms but still it wasn't good

Ordered 2 half chickens with creamy mash and bafana chips for takeaway. What a disappointment. The chicken was dry and at the same time it was bloody on the bone...strange.The mash didn't taste good.Wouldn't recommend this combo.

Had the privilege of attending an 80th birthday party at the Elangeni and it's still as classy and beautiful as always. The food (buffet) was delicious, service was great, the room was stunning... made the celebration even more memorable

It was my second visit and first stay!! A.M.A.Z.I.N.GFrom rooms to staff.. From food to views and recr areas!! I loved every moment.

The hotel is situated very well and stood the test of time however there is some repair that is needed in the rooms. In addition some services need to be improved. Still a good hotel with absolutely amazing views of the ocean. Sunrise from the upper floors is breath taking.
