Staff was friendly quick service assist U when u not sure what to buy humble souls very clean and neat shop

Cashier was a bit unhelpful,however the manager Ashley was Top Notch with hes service and friendliness,we need more like him in retail stores

I received excellent service from these guys. Got there quite late and still they checked availability for me with no pressure that they wanted to close or anything. They r pricey but the good service and friendly and helpful staff make up for it.

I went into the store looking to purchase a phone and I was told I would have to make a partial payment when that was not even true further to that I was kept waiting by a coloured girl who was supposed to bring the phone from the back but instead she was having conversation while I was standing by the till waiting for her and then to make matters worse she attended to other coloured people who had just walked into the store and forgot all about what I had requested. We went to a different store and was assisted with no request of 33% payment when purchasing.. Can you train your staff better on products and on their customer service. Why were we told of a upfront payment ? That was not even checked whether it is a must to pay because the assistant was busy having conversation.

Coloured cashier on weekend refuse to help because i had only 1 pair of sneaker she says i must go back to qeue and started to shout at me.She was so rude her colleagues try to come her down and she keep on shouting i have to leave the store also.

I purchased a Samsung A20 at TotalSports in Promenade Mitchells Plain on the 21st, not long thereafter I had noticed that the handset had started acting up. Since the handset was still under warranty, I then took it to the store to have it repaired.I then took it upon myself to get a second opinion, I was advised that the phone was never even attended to!!! This is the poorest customer service I have ever received.After the phone had been booked in, the sales consultant that assisted me, Diana told me that updates regarding the repair will be communicated with me.This was just the first of many problems, there appeared to be some sort of delay getting the phone picked up, this was not communicated to me, working in a customer service environment myself, I understand the intricacies of the matter and that these things are bound to happen however, I would have appreciated some sort of follow up or explanation, better yet some sort of an apology as this would inevitably delay the repair of the phone.The courier eventually collected the phone from the retailer. The repair centre is 3G.Following that, I received an email containing an invoice for the repairs of the handset as the phone, according to them, had endured water damage on the circuit board, this was absolutely absurd as the phone had not been exposed to any incidents that could have lead to water damage! To say the least I was rather upset.A few days later, the handset was returned to the retailer, still not repaired may I add, and I was advised  the phone was beyond economical repair and that my warranty has been deemed null and void.Please keep in mind, that when I initially took the phone to the retailer, it was still operational but when the phone was returned it was completely and utterly DEAD!I was also advised that there was nothing that could be done, this now leaves me out of pocket considering I purchased the phone for R3000!!! I am disgusted at the way in which the matter was handled! I am seriously considering cancelling my dealings with this store!!!!#disgruntledcustomer#extremelypoorcustomersevice#servicedeliverysucks
