This is a world-class gym with excellent views. With an olympic-sized swimming pool, an outdoor step machine and plenty of opportunity for parkour, this is the place to be. Watching your macros has also never been easier with 24/7 braai facilities and cold beers on tap. Happy endings guaranteed.

Nestled in the alcoves of Camps Bay, this fitness institute is a true gem. Renowned for their Team Classes specialising in fine motor-skill and reflex development, as well as their stress-induced teambuilding and communications workshop under the tutelage of Coach Parker. Nothing beats the feeling of hitting the floor after an intense workout and hydration session. Highly recommend.
