Their website is not very user friendly. They are listed as a supplier of Lowepro gear in South Africa but there is no button to purchase or add to cart on a product page. It is also difficult to search on the website

Took a tripod to be repaired. The gent on duty happily took it and fiddled with it at his desk till it worked. Didn’t check it in or write a job card, just fixed it and sent me on my way. No charge. Could easily have charged me and checked it in and quoted for repair. The kind of generous, professional service you don’t see much of these days.

A all round great service call.Had to get some out of warranty gear repaired.Staff was friendly, quote for repairs was on time and in the region that I expected. Repairs were done and my gear returned to me in a working condition and otherwise the same condition I had sent it in.Singer Photogrphic delivered what I expected, within the time lines they set with minimal effort from me... Given their immediate response after my posting to address the issue, I have now had 2 calls to explain the mis-understanding / mis-communication and I'm satisfied with the manner in which it's been dealt with.

Absolute terrible service.They were suppose to fulfil an order within 2-5 working days, and nothing.Rather use the more reputable photographic companies for your orders.

Efficient and helpful, but not overly friendly. Then again, who goes to this sort of place to make friends, right? I have yet to come away without my problem having been solved.

Phones not working. Poor website. Sad to have limited options when it comes to certain photographic products. Photographic community is not big in South Africa and most are quite passionate in the industry, however it would be nice if you get better support from retailers who sell certain products and brands. When it comes to repair or replacement you get referred to the distributors in the country then it becomes tricky. Photographic retailers should be more helpful when they stock certain brands. Singer is not alone in this this. Backup is lacking.
