What an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers I received from my fiancé in the Uk. He organised with Jacqualine to craft them and to deliver them on Valentine’s Day at my home. She made every effort to help him to pay in a way that would save him bank fees and delivered them in such a lovely warm way. She even made 2 trips to my house to make sure everything was as ordered. She goes the extra mile and takes an interest in the customer and has a very high standard of excellence. Thank you Jacqualine!
