I don’t normally leave poor reviews but felt I had to given the cost of the blowdry I received today. My hair has dropped out after 5 hours (as I knew it would) even though they assured me it would last a week. They also insisted I have one of their treatments because the stylist wasn’t ready when I arrived which is clearly a money making ploy. I’ve never spent £70 on a blowdry and a super quick treatment that’s lasted me less than half a day. They should listen to the client and their styling preferences if they ask for certain brushes to be used etc. and not be so pushy upon arrival.

I came to the salon with damaged hair and old colour, Cyrel and the team took the challenge on with both hands and transformed me into a new person. Will definitely recommend, there were nice small touches too like a massage chair while your hair is being set and a stand for your head in the sink where your hair gets washed so that your neck doesn't get sore during the process. Thanks again, I will be back ☝

First time i went there, it was amazing, but I spent another R3k on treatments and products, which were all great. Second time, after not committing to any more add ons, he could not get away from me any faster and left me with uneven ends (I have a bob), no cleaning in my neck, a gap in the back of my head. I had to spend another R500 to get it fixed somewhere else.

Never paid so much for a simple haircut and a product that I later found in a shop for 270 R. It was 1595 R, even for France that's expansive.
