Called a week ago and after waiting took the “call you back - you won’t lose your place in the queue” option. They called back over two hours later!Asked to speak to a tech to see if a cooktop problem is likely to be serviceable or not. Operator agreed it better to assess likelihood of repair/adjustment by phone before booking a call-out by busy service people. Left details of brand, model number, age of unit and description of problem (burners igniting but failing to keep running - adjustment or replacement of parts or whole appliance?).A week later there was no response.When they finally got back, they said parts were unavailable and I should replace the whole thing. When I looked on the website for the manufacturer, I found a service link. A phone call revealed that parts ARE available and the service guy who called around replaced a couple of minor parts at minimal cost and it is working perfectly many months later.

These guys were great. Booked them in for a repair after my oven tripped the circuit breaker, they kept me notified by email and sms on the booking time, arrived as scheduled and quickly repaired my Gorenje oven. Highly professional.

Had these guys attend for a faulty dishwasher in early December 2022. Was told part would take 2 days to arrive. Never heard back until I was told they were closed until 9th January 2023. Again never contacted to organise repair. When an appointment was made, they would not give a time and when I finally had a window of time had to take time off work to ensure I would be here. Never showed up having to reschedule time to following week. Advised day before part had been lost and had to be reordered. It's now been another week and still no set time scheduled for the repair. Very poor customer service for a job that should've taken less than a week to complete.

These guys were great. After being given the run around by another company, we turned to Stove Doctor for assistance in replacing our kitchen appliances (oven, cook top and rangehood). I sent a few photos of the existing ones and they very quickly got back to me with quotes for suitable appliances in our price range. Once we made our selection, it was only a few days before they had everything ordered in and ready to be installed. They communicated with us every step along the way and the whole process went very smoothly.

We are renting a house & the hotplates are not working. The agent gave the work order to the Stove Doctor. We tried to book in a time with the overseas call centre but firstly was only given 7am - 11am but that didn’t suit. When I tried again to book I was told they couldn’t give me a time at all. But I should book it in anyway. Very unprofessional.

Stove doctor was used by my agent to fixed an igniting issue with the stove. They have these exuberant fixed prices on everything. 300 minimum for stoves. Then 400 minimum for Plumbing fixes. (400 to tighten a loose tap). The worse of the lot is 150 to check the oven light. Yes you read right. They wanted at least $150 to change a globe in the over while there to fix the igniter which was probably 100 to much. These guys might be good to direct customers but they sure know how to gauge landlords with little time to fuss over. I gave them the wide birth. Had someone do the lot for $195.

They don't allow you to even request a time window, or even morning vs arvo, even if you're willing to wait longer for a service date. They hold you hostage and instruct you that they'll send you a time and what you get is what you get. Ridiculous. It's rare to come across customer service this arrogant.

Had to get the dryer replaced in my investment property. They came out free and diagnosed the issue. They supplied an option to repair or replace with all costs very transparent. I decided to replace and the cost included everything (supply, install, disposal of old)

It should be illegal to be that bad at your job. 5 visits to attempt to fix a dishwasher, the first to assess and the second to return with part,that’s what I was told, but you guys took 5 visits, with each visit asking me what the problem was, on the forth visit with a fourth team to attempt it to fix it, they stood in the kitchen like confused cavemen who just had just discovered fire, completely clueless on what they were doing, thankfully they came to the conclusion they needed to take the dishwasher with them to the workshop to repair it.To my surprise I received a message a few hours later telling me it was fixed and would be reinstalled the next day. To be honest I wasn’t surprised to get home and discover you reinstalled the dishwasher still broken. You should be embarrassed to call yourself a business. I truely wish you utter failure in all your future endeavours.
