Non responsive and not professional.Firstly it started off bad, when Michelle cancelled 2 appointments to pick up the 2 couches. it took from the 18 Oct to 26 October to eventually collect. During this week , no work had been done, due to other work, loadshedding etc. I was promised progress pics and communication on the following Tuesday, 2 November. On Thursday 4 Nov I had to ask about my couches again as I had not received the photos or any communication. just more excuses and promises of pics, which again ws not sent. On Friday 5 Nov, I got pictures of both couches stripped. On Tuesday 9 Nov late just before 5pm I was told they were done. When I went there the next morning, Wed 10 November I had a dispute with her husband Dean about not having resized the spare cushion. He became extremely rude and obnoxious. I told him what my instructions were, irrespective what he thought not to do. Michelle agreed to resize and promised delivery at 3pm. I said I would pay on delivery/arrival, to make sure that the cushion was repaired, as I had lost trust with this business. Dean would not deliver my couches until I paid the full amount. When I asked him to send a photo of the cushion done, he said he still had to do it, which was at 2:41 pm, as the seamstress had left before 4pm. The cushion would be fixed the next morning only.On Thursday 11 November, I had not heard from them until midday when I made first contact. The spare cushion still not resized. They would only send a picture, on receipt of payment. After sending the POP, they promised delivery at 2:30pm. Couches were delivered at 2:52 pm.Whilst moving the couch into the house, a piece of the inner lining got torn.This too had to be fixed, collection of couch was arranged for the following Monday 15 November, at confirmed 9am time, which did not happen. Asked her the evening if they forgot to collect as I had not heard from her at all. The excuse was she had a terrible monday and asked if she could collect the next morning on 16 November at 9am.On Friday 19 November I asked her when she would deliver the couch. No response. First response was Monday 22 Nov, evening, 8:30pm, to say they had not done anything, that it would be done by the end of the week.On Friday 26 Nov I asked when she will deliver couch - no response.On Tuesday 30 Nov, morning, she finally responded to say they did not do anything as they were busy with big jobs and that it could only be done in the new year! After numerous messages which she ignored and only informed me they would deliver it that afternoon. We agreed to a time and again they did not arrive at the agreed time. I finally got my couch back after 15 days of just sitting in their workshop and we having to sit on camp chairs. This was one of the worst experiences I have had to endure when dealing with a business. I would never recommend them to anyone and want to warn people how unprofessional they are, they do not communicate and make promises they cannot deliver.
