Fly Thru' at this spot should have been called 'Crawl Thru' because it is extremely and annoyingly slow. The food is good for those days you want to cheat on clean food.

The service staff at night are rude and unhelpful. Most times the drive-thru is turned into a walk-thru and all the drivers are ignored. The level of customer service is pathetic!! When you call them out on this they are unwilling to assit you any further.

Having to wait for almost an hour just for two lunch meals only to find that they hadn't even prepared them and then no apology was offered. This is so unprofessional

Very terrible drive thru experience. You can barely enter the drive thru due to traffic and its awkward positioning. I have no idea how the entrance to that drive thru was approved.

Normally huge congestion during peak hours on their drive through. Facilities are a bit outdated, no audio visual media for menus and such, still posters. Food is still the same great taste as promised, plenty of room when eating in. Also operates until late hours.

Matlepa Thlalane that is who she said she was without name tag,Told me straight to my face that she is a manager if I dnt want a keel on my order I can just take my money and leave,Just not a way to talk.There was absolutely no need to say all the things she said infront of other customers,I am a manager myself not even once have I told a client to take their money and leave,just because I asked they just not put a keel on my order,I honestly ddnt know that its a must to have a keel on a 3piece order as she said,I have been to many chicken licken stores I have never heard such hence I ddnt know.So me driving there was just waste of time and petrol because my daughter and I left without food as late as it was.Thanks to KFC meadowpoint they saved our night
