Edgars Greenstone

Two tellers available over weekends, so you stand in the queue for a long time. When viewing the perfume the lady was rather rude and would not assist. They also didn’t have a variety of perfume to select from. Staff are rude and not friendly or helpful.

I understand that Edgars is going through a crisis,but that does not mean that the staff should be rude and drag their feet to help. The lady that helped" us at the customer service desk was quite annoyed because we disturbed her afternoon nap. She didn't greet

The customer journey through to payment is shocking. Terribly slow service overall, no sense of urgency from the most of the staff. This needs to be addressed urgentlyAt least Daniel my cashier was friendly and helped

Absolutely shocking service received at Edgars Greenstone Shopping Centre yesterday. I fully understand is the festive season. Under staffed and just plain bad manners!

Not a bad experience, but not a Great one, the Staff needs serious training on customer service, smile even if it's fake! The reason I go back to places is purely on how I get treated. Finish up with the job at hand and then talk to your coworkers, make it look like you don't mind assisting me....it is my money that I'm spending at your store. You are not doing me any favors by ringing up the products I selected.

Only 2 cashiers with about 15 people waiting in line

I gave two stars as I was there in the week and had a far more pleasant experience! I took pictures in the week from a few places thet I wanted to spend money on today. Amazing lady helped me on Wednesday took a picture or two of what I wanted, gave it some thought. Went to Edgars today, shocked at the staff that were upset that I'd interrupted there social gathering! After trying some things on came and asked a few questions, I told to speak to a great guy who is a stock packing assistant. He's service was amazing but was treated so badly but the same staff that were upset that I'd interrupted the social. I left with two trousers a shirt and a five pack of socks. Only his service and how much better the quality was from other shops! I intend on leaving a indepth hellopeter. Edcon is being bailed ot (with tax payers mone) I now know why. Shockingly bad service when there are many that would kill for the job. Shame on you!

Very pleasant experience always. Friendly staff and Manger. Nomsa, was especially helpful when i needed assistance. And the salesman Wiseman. Im always greeted with smiles

Pathetic service received.Went into the store to exchange shoes and received the most appalling service ever.The lady who was supposed to give me a exchange ticket didnt have a pen,she went to ask for a pen at the cosmetics till. We got there and a gentleman working in the store pushes me,when I complain he had a mouth full to respond. While we wait there the lady looking for a men leaves us there unattended and the lady at the cosmetics till gives us attitude instead of assisting and takes the pen all the way to the lady at the door and tells her to do her job. All she had to do was write the number 3 on the ticket but I guess it was way beyond her position at the store.Pathetic service indeed.
