Worst service ever, waited exactly 48min and no one came to take my order. So disappointed. Owners don’t even seem to care.

The food at La Casa is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and presented. You can choose amongst many menu options, tantalising everyone’s taste buds. I love the service at the place and the staff and owner are friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality. The overall restaurant and toilet facilities are neat and clean.The reason I am not giving them 5 stars, they need to get outdoor heaters for their outdoor seating area as it’s extremely cold, other then that I highly recommend this place.

There food is decent. I personally love their karak chai and drink beverages. Staff are lovely, but they need to work more professionally and they need to work on their time. They take too long to prepare food etc...

Pathetic service we ordered food and gave them a few minutes extra to prepare ,after almost 45 minutes went back and was told they had mistakenly given our order to someone else , I think establishments like these need to go for some course on how to run a small business.
