I had quite an unpleasant experience at your store on 11/06/2023. I had hosted my birthday party for breakfast which included 3 lil kids under 12. I noticed on your menu in-store as well as on the online menu that kids eat free all day on a Sunday. I was surprised when the time came to pay, the bill included the kid's meals. When I queried the charges with the manager on duty (unfortunately I did not get her name) it was met with a passive aggressive attitude, telling me that the promotion does not relate to breakfast orders. I explained that nowhere on the menu (or online menu) does it state this but does state 'all day kids eat free'. The manager then left the table to discuss the matter with the regional manager. A few minutes later the waiter returned with an amended receipt which excluded the kid's meals. The manager didn't bother to return with it herself.I would just like to point out, firstly, the embarrassment I felt having to argue over a bill in front of my guests. I usually have no problem with paying what is due, but if your menu states that kids eat free all day, that surely includes breakfast, as your day starts at 8am.Secondly, I did not appreciate the arrogance and lack of understanding received from the manager.If I could suggest that you would consider updating your menus to correctly advertise the period that the promotion is valid for. This would eliminate similar disagreements in future.Kind regards

Visited Bossa a couple of times for various reasons. Was never disappointed. Lunch date with my wife went well. The staff were very friendly and the food was awesome. She enjoyed the ribs and I went for a pizza. The pizza's here are up there with the best in CPT and can compete with the ones that I had internationally. Then, we went there to celebrate our anniversary and we took a big table outside near the play area. We had so much fun that night. The kids really enjoyed playing in the play area and the adults could enjoy the food and drinks. No one had an issue with their food and the family vowed to do it again soon. The ambiance was great and it was a hot summer night. Went there again with my wife for a quick starter and drink and again brilliant service and food. I really enjoyed the liver starter and will definitely visit again soon!We went there for brekkie on the 5th of March 2022 and it was very well prepared.Went there again on the 13 of Jan 2021 under lockdown conditions and again we were not disappointed. Ordered (medium) steak and it was very good. Just a very cool place to hang out in.

The food was great , the atmosphere nice and relaxed,the staff very helpful and overall it was just an amazing experience. Our waitress Lene was super friendly and constantly checked in and made sure we were sorted. Can't wait to visit this branch again

I've loved coming to this place especially for their cocktails however their food is absolutely stella!!!!! I've had a steak before which was perfect (medium) and half portion chicken nachos I cleaned the plate. Their bar was full but still their service was good. Even though I waited quite a while to be helped the food came quite quick.

Food quality has gone down from what it use to be. Service wasn't that great although the food arrived quicker than usual, that could be because it was basically empty. The waiter never checked up on us once. He just kept walking past. He also never introduced himself to us and just asked if we wanted anything to drink. We don't know what his name

Large space with Fireplace. It was Cold out so the big fire was very welcome. Pleasant staff. Theme is black and white inside. Reminded me of Mike's Kitchen. They have a massive Pizza oven. I ordered the Pepper Jack 300g Rump Steak, roast veg as a side and any other side is extra. I had sweet potato fries. Very nice. Steak was to my liking. My hubby's Pizza was Very Thin. Too thin. I suggest you have options of a thin base or a thicker base. He did not enjoy the pizza. We had Belgium Waffles. I had honey and walnuts with ice cream but it was frozen dessert not ice cream. Disappointing Hubby had The same judt with syrup. Please serve Real Ice cream Its makes all the difference. My meal was 8/10 .Hubby's was a 4/ 10. Guys you can improve if you fix the ice cream and the pizza.

Was invited to lunch by my sister in law n her husband who are regulars there. Both my wife and myself had the monkey gland burger n chips. The burger was ok...a bit over sauced for my liking , beef patty was very tasty. The chips were a major disappointment......those chips tasted of fish and old oil...so nobody bothered to change or clean the oil before frying out chips .Not a terrible experience but I wouldn't go back there ... expected a bit more given the hype about the place ...in the end nothing special...
