It was a weekend, our kitchen tap was giving us a problem. I found 24 seven Geyser & Plumbing Solutions online, I messaged them...within 2 mins, I had a response. The best part was I know not much about taps & leaks...when the gentleman asked me some questions, I was not sure. Within an hour he was at my door, assessed the issue, explained in detailed, even made arrangements with Plumblink in Ballito for the parts. All sorted in less than 4 hours. Vernon Naidoo is so wonderful, humbled, professional and efficient. The gentleman who fixed the tape was professional and neat. My kitchen tape is excellent and working 100%.
