Blind Ant Game Console Repair Centre - WorkShop & Head Office

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.I had a slightly scratched Nintendo 3DS screen and after some mails, they offered to swap my 3DS's top half with one they had there. I happily agreed and waited a month.When I finally heard back, they gave me the console, already wrapped, I ask them to open it so that I can test, immediately I see the touch screen is non-responsive, the issue was not even with the bottom half. After some more waiting they finally returned the 3DS and I took off.When I got home, and properly opened the games on the console, I saw that the 'new' screen they replaced my slightly scratched one with, was in much worse condition, and demanding a much more expensive repair than what was initially necessary.When I contacted Blind Ant about that, all they had to say was that I paid for the labour, not for the screen, and that in the process of replacing the top half, they had to throw my old screen away. From what I read of this process, you would need to be really unintelligent to necessitate that the leftover part needing to be thrown away. Or maybe they are just plain lying.Add all this to being extremely unprofessional and ridiculous lead times, that's Blind Ant.Stay far away, and rather go anywhere else, such as Delta 5.

I wouldn’t recommend. Brought 3 Xbox controllers for repairs and after 2 months , one of the controllers started malfunctioning again . Brought the faulty one back and it was fixed but currently all are faulty again in total(3) , after 6 months

I took my PS4 slim in to be inspected and quoted on repairs.They gave me solid honest advice and directed me to Part Serve where the PS4 was actually still under warranty before charging me money to fix it.They did an excellent job repairing our PS4s remote too.Side Note: I see a few negative reviews below but I think it comes down to the following: This is an honest family run Bussiness who are passionate about what they do. They are not a corporate help desk, they will tell you how it is straight up no BS and might seem abrasive.

I had 2 PS4 remotes that had left analog sticks that no longer worked. I took them to Blind Ant and Etienne not only offered friendly service but 23 years of experience, and it shows. My remotes work perfectly again and all I can say is this man is the unsung hero of the gaming community. I highly recommend his services for anyone having any console issues that needs to be repaired. Thank you!

Sent my controller in to fix a problem with 1 button and ended up getting told my left analog needed fixing. It’s been 3 months now and the analog drifts so badly that I cannot play any game properly. Before I took it in it didn’t even have this problem. Please take your stuff to get repaired somewhere else.

Yesterday i had a major delema and thanks to blindant and Ettiene my issue is no more. Not only did he fix the issue i had he went the extra mile and litterally saved my life and therefore i am forever greatfull. He went out of his way to make sure that my problem was resolved. His work speaks for itself he is very professional impeckable and has a brilliant customer service ethic. I highly recommed him anyday and i will continue going back to him if i have any issues. Great work !! My ps5 console (moderately damaged) was fixed within a few hours! Got it back the same day I gave it in, Excellent!!

Super happy with their offering, service and warranties offered on replacement parts for consoles so would recommend :)

I'm rather disappointed with the way you treated and responded to Pieter Prinsloo.I took on the task of assisting Pieter with his issue.I got the parts, all the screens, within a week and fixed the mess left from the previous technician.Being an ex-Nintendo support technician it was a pleasure working on this unit

Had a problem with my ps4 console reading game discs. Very nice people at Blind ANT replaced the laser and included a full service, it's working 100% again. Thank you!
