Received my notice to renew my license, but there's no service staff still on strike, where do we go now to renew our licenses? this is not ON? WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET STOPPED BY THE TRAFFIC COPS???

Went to renew drivers license on 7 June 2021 . Waited for 4 hours to be told because their machine can’t get my fingerprints they will phone me ? Still waiting . Refused to let me pay and retained my optometrist eye test end all forms and photos . No receipt nor acknowledged that I was there except I signed in at the door .

Went to renew my drivers license on Thursday 25th. Closing at about 10hoo due to no waterNext day 26th OFFLINE!!!!Back on Monday 29th STILL OFFLINE. My license expiry date is tomorrow 30th. What if the prov. Cops ask for my license I got no proof of any application because of an incompetent license dept.Who is going to pay that fineWhat a circusIam going there again today and are so looking forward for the next excuse why they don't want to workAnd don't even attempt to phone them!!

The Service is slow, so it is advisable to get there at around 8am. On average you will find 2 Cashiers but it is also normal to find 1 cashier there. The eye test queue is the slowest with also about 2 or 1 staff member on sight. The security guards at the outside gate are very friendly and helpful. Other staff members there are also very helpful.

It’s been like 1 hour 30/45 minutes since we finished writing and we have been waiting for like 30+ minutes plus for our learners certificates and they already have them on hand, so now they making us wait for the signature for a long time and the person who is responsible for signing them is currently not around, imagine the torture of waiting that long while you’re hungry cause in the morning you didn’t have time to eat breakfast, so disappointed.

Probably one of the most friendliest government entities that I’ve visited. Staff was very helpful and it didn’t take too long for me to get sorted, around 2.5 hours. But that’s below average waiting time from my previous experience

Worst traffic department ever, security guards behaves like traffic officials. Officials behave like managers.Management don't care at all with service deliveryPoor service if you will get only if you are lucky.No guidance and commu at all
