We had such a great tour, our guide Luvo was very knowledgeable about the Stellenbosch and we had a wonderful conversation with him. Highly recommend Vinebikes for a unique wine tour.

A bike ride expected and finally cancellation at 11.00 am for a ride a 13.30…. Difficult to find a back up plan after that short notice cancellation

We did an ebike tour through Stellenbosch town and 2 vineyards. 2 adults and 2 teenagers, was a great activity. Our guide Ulrich was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly, showed us beautiful sites and lots of local insights.

Cancellation few minutes before going because of broken bikes… Like 20 bikes broken at once ? And I see some message of trips from other people this afternoon !?! These Guys cannot be serious !!!

The company has excellent customer service. We rented two bikes. Out of my own stupidity I went to the wrong pick up location and then accidentally picked up the wrong bikes. Those bikes were supposed to be in service. Even those bikes were in good condition. I then also dropped the bikes at the wrong drop off point.After all that chaos I caused, the customer service was still super helpful and friendly. Oudts ist doing a really good job. Thank you and would recommend it!

0 star for me If I could have !!! We had a family trip planned that should have been fantastic, but canceled few hours before going. The whole bikes seems to be broken… I don’t know if that serious, but we have been freaking disappointed.
