This is the second time in under a year we have used Conneck to do our home move and both times we were not around (were away on holiday in another province). I've been storing my stuff for a period of 6 months, no issues. Then I requested that they move my furniture to a different location in May, made payment on the 25th of the month. 3 weeks down the line (with no communication or response from them), I now see they're temporary closed. My stuff haven't been delivered nor have I received any communication from them. Even if they were closing, they should have communicated with their customers. We're in September now and I don't have my furniture as they're keeping it as if I don't need it. I desperately need my furniture but have no one to reach out to as all their phones are not going through and emails are not being responded.
