Useless. 10 days to change an alternator. They dont care about anything or anyone. Wish I could give 0 stars. Toyota care se gat.

I have serviced my car at Toyota Sinoville for years on Saturdays (as I stay in Montana and work in Midrand and cannot service during the week). With the last 3 services I have however experience issues: 1) Booked service but when I arrived was not on the schedule. 2) Service and brakes confirmed but cancelled late afternoon due to 'not enough vehicles booked' for the Saturday - this was a critical service. 3) Once again booked service with Orifile but when arrived was not on schedule (and shockingly my vehicle registration has been changed on the Toyota system to some Plumbing company - please investigate this). I have noted over the last year or so that less and less people are servicing at your branch (it was usually packed on Saturdays) ..... it is important that you know why
