I bought 6 T-shirts for my son. I payed with cash card. It went through on my phone but not on Exact's system. I was asked to go to the bank for the proof of payment....went back to the store with stamped proof and staff did not want to exept it. Why did she send me to the bank then? I walked out without my purchase. No apology was offered to me.

Bad service all round. Get a sms to collect my card after waiting 45 mins a phone call and personally chatting to me I get told they need my ID and bank statement which was WA and mailed. Terrible service from staff as well.
