Foschini - Richards Bay

As a fellow retail worker, I understand that employees have to be vigilant in terms of security to prevent theft but the ladies at the Foschini Beauty literally go up to you and gawk at you the entire time you are there. It makes you feel incredibly uncomfortable because you are being treated like a notorious thief. Yikes.

They have a poor customer service. 2 weeks back when i was making a payment using my bank card, it happened that power came back and there was an automatic changeover from generator to eskom power and unfortunately that happened right after my payment was approved and the teller did see it however it was not logged/ showing on the list of sales and i had to repurchase the shoes cause they told me i can't go with them since the sale is not appearing on their system.I repurchased the shoes as recommended cause they told me they'll send an email to my bank to reimburse me my money. The following day i came to submit my bank statement showing that the money went out for the sale, so that they can attach it to the email when sending to the bank, and the lady who was helping left me unattended until i had to ask someone to call her for me, and she never came. she told that someone i sent to take my statement and bring it to her and that was it.She didn't bother explaining what was going to happen and how long it will take for me to get my money back.7days later i went to check why the bank has not reversed my money and i was told the bank have not responded and upto now my money has not been reimbursed and i have no idea what going. There's totally no communication to show the business is sorry that their system failed.

The music is so bad. The clothes and music cater for only one group of people

The staff is not so friendly and they have very poor customer service. I hate being here. I seriously wish I could use other Foschini.

My experience was not great. Staff are not very friendly and the shop had no order. Also not allowed to try on items and there is not much of a variety.

Cause am not interested and there is nothing I heard about it
