I ordered a take out full chicken platter as usual expecting to get home and enjoy a good meal as I was on load shedding in sasmeer,got home to find out the chicken is like basted biltong ☹️ ☹️☹️☹️

I don’t know if you have new kitchen staff or what is happening but the quality and service is horrible! We really loved bin Rashid’s grassy park for the consistency in quality but for the past month the food has been horrible! Ordered twice via MR D the past month and both times the pizza was undercooked and tasted horrible! And last night I ordered takeaway and halfway home I saw the wings we ordered was the wrong flavour, went back and when my husband brought the correct order to the car I checked it and It was cold, no sauce on and no lemon, so I had to go back and all your staff says is “ oh sorry” I’m so disappointed because we have supported this place since day one and the least I expected last night was to get my original order correct the SECOND time around! Complete waste of money

My kids wanted pizza for supper and I ordered our usual only tho find that the bottom of the pizza bust burnt to point you could tast it kids ate it but it's ridiculous what's happening this has never happened before very disappointed

While placing a phone order I changed my mind about what I wanted to order and when asking for a change the lady on the other end advised that the call is breaking up. I called back seconds later and was advised that I cannot change the order because the pizza was being prepared already and I could in no way change or cancel my order. I still went to pick up and pay for my order but that was just absolutely ridiculous.
