Renault George - Garden Route
Went to ask them to check why my power steering was next to nothing. They checked it out and said all is okay. No problem. Went home, wiggled myself under the car and here the tubing is sticking out. Pushed it back into place, secured it, filled chamber up with steering column fluid and power steering was back.

After a traumatic day, trying to start the car I realized I forgot the lights on and my battery was flat. I realized there was a Renault dealership close to me and called them. Benji assured me he will someone to assist. In 2 minutes of Jaco getting to me the car was started and ready to leave.Please note that I had never dealt with this dealership before neither was I a client, but the fact that they came out to help despite no relationship speaks volumes of the service they give.You are safe with Renault George. I am driving a brand new first addition Renault Kwid Climber 2021/orange trimmings.Before Tavcor took over service was very good and after and after take over its even better.I trust they will continue this good service culture there's always room for improvement.

I will give this branch 0 out of 5..Worst service ever! Rude! Can't sort out technical problems! Useless branch ..stay away from any Renault vechile! My hubby has a extended service plan...with the proof...it is NOWHERE on their records! The MOST disorganized company ever!
