Absolutely useless company Staff and management are all useless, they cannot give you updates or tracking on your shipments, they take hours to reply to your urgent mails and not even addressing the issue in your mails, calling them multiple times doesnt help either if no one is available.dealt with Rirandzo - STAY AWAY from this controller She is weak and will not get back to you with any updates whatsoever, Dee-Ann her senior is in copy and will not attend or address any of the complaints or issues,If you value your cargo, updates and company name stay away from these people!
