Went to the spa today .The ladies were friendly & hospitable . Offered coffee . That was the most remarkable thing about this experience. Being offered coffee & the friendliness. However my expectations were far more after reading the reviews & to say I was disappointed is mild. We spent almost R1500 & had a spa treatment & had gel tips done . The spa experience was unremarkably inconsequential that it made no difference. Selena who attended to The reflexology hurt my foot that I’m limping with pain. They profess to know nails . Whilst Thandi did a good job with my daughters nails , my nails done by Charmaine was rushed and put on crookedly.. i now have short thick stumpy gel tips .. that I have to soak off tomorrow Because it looks like it was done on the side of a street ..when i complained to the owner now , she said they accommodated us by 2 hrs , yet at the beginning she said that time is not a factor & they can leave by 7pm..which they did. For the sore foot she said It will settle in 1-2 days . Whilst they are friendly, I definitely won’t use them again or their services . I feel cheated . We drove 2 hrs there and back .. it’s not worth the trouble. Rather pay more and use a reputable establishment

I went to Relax mobile spa today, the service was amazing, friendly staff and the lady named Charmaine, did a wonderful job on me , I feel so refreshed and energetic, thank you for the excellent service ❤️ will surely come back for more.

The whole experience felt rushed. The treatment I received was not what was indicated in the special I purchased. I received the full body hot stone massage but no foot soak and no foot massage. No welcome drink.
