I ordered goods on 11 April 2021. Delivery delayed 3 times. Now Runaako are ignoring my request for an update on delivery status. They have not responded to my numerous e-mails since 08 June 2021. This is shocking service and I will never use them again. Not even worth 1 star.

This online is so disappointing, i ordered something for the past one and half month now and still hasn't received it and been emailing them and calling but no response from them. Email on their website doesn't exist.

I hate that I have to give them a star.This site is a complete scam. My mother ordered nearly R500 worth of goods from them and they sent her an invoice yet there is no recollection of the order on their site. The contact number doesn't exist and they are unreachable. This has happened to a number of people. Runaako is a group of thiefs.

Order placed & paid for on 07.04.2021.Despite numerous email I have still not received my order - 6 1/2 weeks, still waitingAnd no one answers the phone......Atrocious customer service!
