Great Service! Had to have front wheel bearings replaced on one vehicle and then urgently get brake'discs'.replaced on another. They really understood the urgency and helped out immediately. Prices and service really good. Thank you Willem!

My vehicle was towed to Roelf Kruger on 26 Dec and I finally got it back last week. What a journey we walked together over the last few months. Overall I am happy with the service as I have my wheels back and its working, BUT there is alot of room for improvement from service delivery point of view.For example, I was informed that the estimated price for job will be about R15 000-R20 000. When I got my final bill it was R32 000, because they had to outsource services due to a lack of knowledge. They did not accomidate me at all, even after we have been discussing payment plans for weeks. I had to pay full amount on the spot to get my car back. I feel thats unfair. Why say you can do something if you cant?They charged me almost R3000 just for towing services from one place to another. The thing that bugged me the most was the poor communication. I had to constantly phone and ask whats going on, when will the car be ready??? At some point I started phoning wholesalers/service centers ect to try and help Shaun get parts, just to speed up the processs a bit. It was a very stressful experience and I kept explaining that Im a rep, I NEED my car! It cost me a fortune to arrange wheels while my car was in the workshop for 4 months.I was originally recommended by a friend to Roelf Kruger and I will still recommend people to do small services perhaps, but stay clear of any big issues - like ECU's. They are not equipped to handle that kind of work, even if they say they can.
