Rhythmic gymnastics is a wonderful blend of gymnastics and dance, performance and passion, flexibility and gracefulness, dexterity and strength. Both daughters are currently enrolled in the PLC Le Ray Rhythmic Gymnastics programme and I happily endorse the programme to any parent looking for a discipline that includes all of the above elements.The squads are divided by levels, but not ages, which means that the girls get to build friendships and share experiences with 5+ years older and younger than themselves which is great for their personal development. The confidence that builds through competion and being judged under a robust programme also helps strengthen their resilience and broader confidence, not limited to gymnastics.The culture that Jaelle and the team have built at PLC Le Ray Gymnastics is also noteable, the girls are challenged, supported and evolve as gymnasts by both their coaches and team mates! Most important of all, they have fun!

Wonderful caring environment, admin who actually get back to you and answer all your questions. My daughter tried a few different gymnastic classes in Sydney and nothing compares to this one. Highly recommend!

Both of my daughters train at le ray gymnastics and we love it. My oldest has made a great progress since she started and my youngest just started recently and it’s been wonderful watching them both getting stronger and flexible. The teachers are great.

The coaches are amazing with the children, my daughter started recently and has thoroughly enjoyed the gymnastic class. The coaches are focused and kind the children learn and have fun.

I was hesitant initially and wondered how my girl, turning 5, who cannot even concentrate on a 30-min piano class, would cope with a one-and-half hour gymnastics lesson. Surprisingly, it turned out she absolutely loves it.I recommended to my girl’s little friend who also loves it and immediately took on the lesson after the trial.Highly recommended. Good facility and very friendly staff! Most importantly, kids really enjoy it.

PLC Sydney and its staff has been wonderful since the day I have enrolled little one for gymnastics. She has been enjoying her classes, coach is amazing and transparent. Her coach makes sure she is always on top of her learning. I appreciate Thea, how she managed her enrolling and makes sure every parent is informed well in advance on the progress of kid.

We attend the class 4 yrs ago started on a school holiday program. My child loves it since the first class. It is rhythmic gymnastic which help my child with developing skills, confidence, resilience and self-discipline. We are very happy with the coaches. They are professional and caring. Jaelle is always be kind and respond to our questions in timely manner.
