They can do the job. And they charge for it. For everything, very efficiently. Registering themselves as a debt collector and handing over their tenants to themselves to collect bad debt" 10 or 15 days after the initial levy became first due brought an additional revenue stream online. Should you query whether 10 or 15 days should be classified as bad debt and handed over for collection and collection fees after paying it for 6 years without failure (as appose to someone just being away over month-end) be prepared to be charged a fee because you emailed them."

I've had the pleasure of dealing with this company to manage our buy-to-let investment properties for the past six years (and counting), and I must say, they're like the Batman of the rental world - always there when you need them, and always saving the day. But instead of a cape and mask, they wear a professional demeanor and put on smiles on Lessor- and Lessees faces that can light up any room. Their rates are reasonable, their process is seamless, and their team is downright hilarious. Who knew renting could be so fun? I want to thank Rabelani T for his great services always. I reside in La Berda building in Gezina. We were having problem of security issues and we reported it.He got us a security guard in our complex within 48 hrs and we feel safe now. We were also having a problem with a blocked drain which was difficult to unblock.He found the right plumber who helped us. Thank you Pretor for giving us staff who is always willing to help us and who updates us always and most importantly who is accessible and always available to help. Pretor and Rabelani T are the best!!!!!!!!
