How does a vida cafe store run out of normal milk and all they have left is soy and almond milk The lady behind the till is very rude to her customers!! I think Seattle Coffee should come here instead

The staff are extremely unprofessional and lazy. I wanted to order a hot chocolate and was told they were out of stock and when another customer came in after she ordered a hot chocolate and received one. They also tend to gossip about their customers right in front of them in. Won't go back.

It is a good place to do your assignments and study while having coffee.

Staff close the store 20 min before actual closing time, and when asked to make something as simple as hot chocolate they’re “sold out” but really they are just lazy to make it

Vida E is suppose to be a vibey and upbeat coffee shop, however the Vida E at UWC definitely missed that lesson. The service received here on numerous occasions has been nothing short of horrendous. The staff DO NOT want to be working here and it is evident in the way they talk to, or rather shout at, customers and carry out their tasks. Most of the time popular items are not even available because they are either too lazy to make it or don't want to fetch stock from wherever. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the many other coffee shops on campus. Vida E UWC does not deserve the business or the one star.
