White Water Farm

If you're looking for an ideal place to recharge your batteries, and do a bit of reflection, White Water Farm ticks all the boxes. Set in the Stanford Hills area, and with not too many rooms available for accommodation, you're guaranteed peace and quiet.There are friendly animals waiting to greet you, and gentle mountain walks leading to to hidden quiet places.The breakfast is excellent, and, if you want to have supper on site, I would highly recommend the fillet steak. Beverley, the face of the front desk and so much more, makes sure everything is to your satisfaction.My only request would be that the rooster sets his alarm clock for an hour later!

We had a wonderful stay here with our 2.5 year old boy. It's a beautiful farm, inside and out, peaceful and relaxing but with enough on site to keep a little one busy and happy. The restaurant is fantastic, eat there if it's open. The owners, Alex and Rob, are lovely and their 5 dogs make for brilliant babysitters ;-) We only stayed 2 nights and I wished we had stayed longer.

A great relaxing get away - the owner is very accommodating and they have a massive vegetable garden that you are allowed to pick what you want and cook it, true farm to table kinda place.If you have little ones its best to carry your own wifi with you

We had a wonderful stay at White Water Farm. Bev went out of her way to accommodate all our needs and did it with a smile. The property is beautiful with a range of farm animals,lots of grassy areas and big trees, a treehouse, pool and trampoline which makes it a lovely space for children. The breakfast and food is fresh & scrumptious - try their French Toast (it's a winner)

Amazing location, we enjoyed the silence and nice views as well as nice hosts. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place!The farm is only 2 hours from Cape Town and is only 10 minutes from Standford, and 25 min from Hermanus, so you can easily visit both places in one day if you feel like it! The owner is also super friendly and has many recommendations for unique tours and things to do around the area.This place is a great place to stay. It's got a rustic luxury feeling and is tastefully decorated. There are a dam to swim in, trees and fynbos hiking trails, and mountain views all around. The farm could be a magical place for a wedding or outdoor function. Cant wait to be back!

We came here for our 3rd engagement anniversary, 1st wedding anniversary and our babymoon. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for making our last getaway with 'just the two of us' totally memorable and special.

With all the high reviews, we had quite high expectation. The place was amazing, room was spacious, the view was breathtaking. However, we don't feel the same about staffs. We don't feel welcomed. we arrived early so dropped the bag and came back at 14. We had to read booklet to know the breakfast time, everything about the farm. No one checked on us, not even said Hi... First night, the hot water ran out in the middle of my shower. no one even said anything or apologized until we asked next day morning. Then the staff said it was fixed like it was not a big thing... the hot water ran out in the middle of my shower when I had shampoo on, I had to take cold shower to finish off in the 10 degree environment.... even during checked out, the staff didn't even ask how our stay was. Super awkward....if you don't mind cold" people

We had a blast, excellent service, both managers Rob and Alex are so welcoming and friendly. It feels as if you became a part of the family between all the people and animals surrounding you. Amazing views and wonderful service. We were served both breakfast and dinner in our rooms and the food was delicious, South African style and all fresh produce, needless to say perfect timing. This place made a huge impression. Thanks guys!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Setting was absolutely gorgeous, staff were incredibly helpful and the food was the best we had in South Africa and of course, all local and fresh. The whole thing felt like a movie couldn’t recommend enough.
