Wimpie is an excellent and super knowledgeable and patient physio with an excellent skill set. He will get you up and moving again free of pain after your sessions with him. I highly recommend Wp Physiotherapists to anybody who need proper super effective physio, may it be for an injury related reason or for a chronic pain condition such as sciatica. Personally I have scoliosis and poor posture and because of this I have sciatica flare ups which are extremely painful and at times debilitating.Wimpie has given me an excellent exercise programme tailored to fit my needs in increasing my core strength, posture and he has taught me how important it is to watch your posture get and how to start using my muscle correctly. Each session I have had with Wimpie has been extremely helpful in easing pain and correcting my bad habits in the sense of how to pick things up properly, be conscious of how you stand, walk and sit. Wimpie is trufully the best ! When you have an injury on multiple occasions and you find that he is the only one that can assess and resolve the injury within two sessions it’s outstanding and always thinking of how you can also prevent this injury from reoccurring and also always positive that the injury can be solved with therapy!
