Had the part we were looking for. Had to double park on road though

On the 30 September 2021 my Mother (78 year old lady ) brought a Singer sewing Machine for R900 as she only believes in the Singer Machines it came without the cover as they didn't have stock of the cover and it was rusted as seen on the pictures. She was not happy with the Machine as it was not sewing properly and the material kept on getting stuck. We phoned the shop to return the Mechine that was on the 5th October 2021. We were told that we cannot return the Sewing Machine and we will not be refunded our money. On the invoice it clearly state's that it can be returned within 7 days of buying it. We phoned in again and we were told the Manager not in and they don't know when he will be in one excuse after the other. When we got hold of the Manager he told us that we will not get refunded yet his invoice cleaely state's can return it with in 7 days so we took the Sewing Machine back to his store and left it there. We were contacted by the Manager and he said he will refund us, he paid R800 back instead of R900 then he reverst the R800 payment. When we questioned him was just one excuse after the other. Now he he leaving us with no other option to seek legal advice. Just be very careful buying anything from that shop and return it with in 7 days. They are not true to there word nor do they abide to there policy.

Had the part that we we looking for, for the epersal sewing machine hower please be ware that store closes at 2pm on saturday and not 5pm as it says and does not open on sundays

Cheapest Singer sewing machine dealer in Durban. As long as you know what you are looking for because the staff I encountered don't know very much.

I always receive top class service from this company. Ive trusted my janome sewing machine and overlocker with him for a few years now. Never disappoints!

I took my machine in for service. They had it a week before coming back to me about how much it would cost. Funny, it was the same amount as my previous machine repair. It took another week before I received a phone call that it was fixed. When I got there, I had to sit for about 15 minutes while they worked on it and checked it. When they finished I had to ask and look for my machine cover. Paid and brought it home. When I looked at the machine, I discovered they had put a cheap foot on it, not the one that I sent with. Then I saw there was a part of the machine sticking out the side. And after using it for a bit, the tension went off and the reverse lever got stuck and now my machine only sews in reverse. I'm not a happy camper!I took it back. They fitted a new foot and fixed all other issues. They gave me a pack of needles for my trouble.

They have had my overlocker far too long. When I got it back, it was still broken. They took it back to look at it again. Once again taking far too long.
