If i could give this place no stars that would be more appropriate. Booked a 5 hour session and i can honestly say I've had the worst service ever. From the gowns that were grey instead of white (smelt funny) to the pedi to the horrible facial. Will never ever go there again...

Disappointing. Treatment lasted 45 minutes instead of an hour. Had flies buzzing around me throughout my massage. Massage was not good as expected at all (sub-optimal). Therapist was in a hurry to go home.

Lovely beauty therapists - warm and welcoming. Treatments were done professionally. Products made my skin feel soft and pampered. Atmosphere was calming and views of the bushveld added to the experience.

Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you for the excellent and professional manner that my booking was handled by Lerato Mofokeng.Secondly I would like to say how much we loved the spa day. Bongani was just amazing as the person who received us. He made us feel so welcome, comfortable and at ease.The room allocated to us was beautiful. They even warmed the room with a gas heater as it was raining.We booked a couple's half day spa with the following treatments:Full Body Aromatherapy Massage 45 minutesHydrating Facial 45 MinutesSpecialized foot exfoliation and Massage 45 minutesThe treatments were absolutely amazing(how did 2 and a half hours pass so quickly!!!) What excellent service from your therapists - Priscilla, Thandeka, Neo and Lebo2.I will definitely be back and will be encouraging my friends to book.Many thanks for the excellent service. Our experience at your spa was sublime and definitely a memorable one!P.S. Perhaps look into a package that incorporates a nights stay at the hotel....I will definitely book for that!!!Natalie Singh

The massage was so great. Very relaxing. Very friendly staff. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was my brows. They allowed me to leave with undone brows.. it was wrong.
