Poor customer service. They don’t respond to emails but will answer calls. As if you can send cad drawings over the telephone. More so, there is no follow up, to ensure if the customer has been assisted to satisfaction. After multiple calls and direct emails, Was eventually referred via email to one of the sale reps. A week later and still couldn’t be bothered to provide me a price. In terms of customer service, laser junction should really consider re-evaluating their selection process for who they choose to hire.

Spin Pics 360sa is a small new business which is trying to do big things but finding it challenging having to rely on a lot of suppliers , I used a number of different laser cutting firms in the past and the service was horrible , Until i was recommended to Laser Junction. The service i received from Cindy was beyond what i expected , She immediately received my drawings and re-did them to make sure I was completely happy she then called me to discuss and as promised sent me the drawings and invoice within the same day , She exceeded my expectation on the turn around time. I am extremely happy with Laser Junction more so the service received from Cindy, which is very rare today.

Nowadays, a good website is very important if you want to get your products and services into the public domain.As a result, face-to-face and telephone communications usually tend to be a less pleasant experience.
