Very sweet place with lots of potential but unfortunately the experience wasn’t so hot.The service took very long and they didn’t have the chickpea curry in stock so I had to take a very bland and boring pesto pasta.I don’t eat meat so believe me it’s super annoying when you only have two options on a menu and the one you wanted isn’t available and then your alternative is flavorless and expensive.The sandwiches were good according to my partner.The coffee needs work, it was fullOf grounds.The red cappuccino also tasted like it had coffee grounds in it.

This was a remarkable dining experience and we were so lucky to get a booking on a very busy night. Our Maitre D, Jamie, was wonderful to deal with. Jamie made a plan to reserve a table for us even though we were a last minute booking and a group of 9px. Our waiter knew the menu well and gave us good recommendations. Our table ordered a variety of curries, vegetarian bobotie and grilled hake. The carrot cake is the best in the country! A bold statement to make and I can assure you, as a tour guide in the safari industry, I have tried many carrot cakes, all around the country. The last time I made this statement was in Cape Town about 10 years ago. Rosemary has taken the cake with this one for sure. This is a rare gem of up market dining in Gansbaai and well worth the visit and more if you can travel back here.

A local recommended this restaurant to us and we were not disappointed, quite the opposite. Starting with the friendly welcome of our waitress, who lovingly took care of us the whole evening and the terrific, delicious food. The ambiance was very warm and cozy. It is definitely worth a visit!

What a lovely, homely gem of a place. A number of indoor rooms to choose from or a lovely outside garden setting. A visual delight!The staff are warm and welcoming - which helps on a cold winter’s morning.A menu that should please most palates. The cappuccinos were spot on. The eggs benedict was just so - not to saucy or rich. Just right. My only complaint would be that my eggs were a little too hard for a soft egg order, but still tasty.

Had a wonderful Sunday birthday lunch at Rosemary's Kitchen in the beautiful, peaceful and magical garden setting. Ruaan & Adam are such gracious hosts. Food was delicious!! Perfect winter meeting place. Well worth a visit.

A beautiful restaurant that makes you feel like you have been invited into someone's home. Excellent, delicious cuisine, wonderful service (Amanda was just lovely), beautiful, warm atmosphere, and great recommendations on wine and food you can trust. Everything was delicious
