Beautiful area. Well organised. It is a priviledge to run there. Huge timing board at the finish line.

This is a very beautiful Parkrun.A long uphill leads onto a very fun and fast downhill running through mostly the indigenous Fynbos and a few Springbokke here and there.The run then finishes in amongst houses on the housing complex.The run is sadly not well attended although that seems to be very seasonal.It is also not too far from Cape Town and at a bit of a stretch could be reached the morning of the run from the city. Otherwise it is best to stay nearby so that the distance to the run is not too bad.

Went with our children that do the run every weekend. They love it. Well organized and the vibe amongst the runners and walkers is vibrant. They time the race and update and record effort and position and best times, etc. Pretty awesome. The coffee at the club house is excellent.

This is one of the best Parkruns in the Western Cape.(I've done 30 odd).Gentle uphill to a splendid view precedes an easy descent to the finish at a clubhouse where, thoughtfully, there is refreshing water supply and containers.Underfoot is fair with welcome Bri k pave sections, especially near the finish.Distance markers and ample marshalling at the turns.Well organised by nice volunteers.

Loved this Park Run. Great combination of small hills and jeep tracks. Well organized and about 380 people ran. On this morning was misty and cool. Basically awesome running conditions.

Loved getting out in fresh air again. The walk was quite steep in the beginning for beginners but with good company well worth it. I would definitely recommend attending it.

Fun morning out. Cool weather with some rain drops. We have a basic pram that made the journey, think the more fancy/runners prams would have a blast on the trail. Loved the views and the springbokke that came past us was super.
