Bought a beautiful ring (that was not cheap at all) but pathetic quality. Stones continue to fall out. Store owner just wants me to keep bring it back" when one more falls out. I've lost 6 stones in total so far 4 of which i could replace. Very disappointed in the poor quality and the "don't care" attitude of the man at the store not sure if hes the owner. A big sign saying no refunds or exchanges. Yet the quality is so poor."

Such a bad customer service. In the store of Sandton City the girl was lovely but the guy in the Nelson Mandela Square shouldn’t be working in retail.
