Clicks Pharmacy Long Beach Mall

After being registered for the wrong vaccine previously the whole team got involved and went above and beyond to help correct the error and email me the vaccine certificate I couldn't access. Without their help my travel plans would have been ruined. I'm really appreciative of their willingness to help.

I'm afraid I've finally lost it today. After years of moaning to my wife about Clicks' slow checkouts, this Long beach branch finally pushed me over the edge. Standing in the queue with virtually NO checkouts manned I walked out. And it's not just Long Beach - it seems most Clicks stores have the same problem. You wait for ages for anyone there to notice that there is a bit of a queue before they even half heartedly raise themselves to actually open another checkout.Luckily, at least at Long Beach, one of the other countrywide chains has taken over a local pharmacy and - just to let the Clicks management both at Long beach AND nationally know - I shall be using them from now on. After I dropped my toothpaste tube at Clicks, walked over to the other store, was helped immediately, AND there were about 3 checkouts open.Clicks can go hang as far as I'm concerned.

I have just spent R1 054 in Long Beach Clicks plus R549 using Club Card Points but I was not allowed to use a trolley to carry my purchases to my car. Really - do I look like a thief? Annoying....

Just got my first vaccine and the service was of such a disgusting nature I refuse to go for my second one. Nothing was explained to me, they didnt check to see if I had side effects, and the girl who administered the injection didnt even use rubbing alcohol before she pricked me". I would NOT recommend getting your vaccination at Clicks. I was greeted with "expose your arm. You done. Leave". DISGUSTING!!! Im not an animal going to the vet. Im a human being who btw PAID for my vaccine."

Haven't had an issue other than waiting really long for dispensary to answer - The line got cut, but called again and got everything sorted

After calling the place the first time to ensure they have the J&J vaccine and being told they have it in stock. I arrive to be told they have to have 4 people.. Non of this mentioned when I called.. Then, I go back over the weekend and after waiting 20min after asking someone to assist they inform me they don't have J&J.. The staff is so uninterested and take their sweet time just to get someone to assist.. By far the worst customer experience of my life..

These 5 stars are purely for the lady working the makeup section this afternoon, I didn't get her name but I asked the teller to tell the manager how phenomenal her service was! She 1000% deserves a raise. I hate to admit it but I'm a bit of a grumpy shopper especially when I'm in a rush and having the Christmas madness in the mall didn't help. When I came in she recommended products based on what I was looking for, had me laughing and actually enjoying my time in the store. Probably the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere.

Poor customer service from the onsite nurse and pharmacy in general. Phones never get answered at dispensary the pharmacy and the clinic. Such poor ethics requires the place to rather be shutdown. People r too comfortable in their jobs

I am not surprised in their low rating... Went there this morning to pick up urgent medication for someone else.. Stood in a row... Prepacked order... My number was not read out... I questioned it very politely... Had to deal with some lady chemist called Soeker she another chemist saying about because of the vibe. after showing her my numberI ask what vibe and she started pointing her finger. I was never disrespectful and her comment was rude and pointing of finger inappropriate and disrespectful and not my fault their system is not giving the correct numbers. She knew and saw I was first but still refprefered helping the person after me. And the wrong medication was dispatched

I’m so so sick of Clicks stores in general. Long Beach Mall is a classic example. They answer NONE of their phone extensions. NONE! This seems to be the trend at almost every single Clicks store I have ever tried calling in Pretoria East and the Western Cape! I’m done with you idiots! I’ll take the thousands and of rands I spend at Clicks every month to Dischem instead! They seem more interested in answering their phones and providing a competent, professional service. Goodbye useless Clicks!
