Steers Thorntree is the worst. I placed an order online at 11:13 and only received my order in about two hours time. When my meal arrived my order was short. When I try to contact the store it takes me straight to the call center. I've been waiting to be contacted by store still nothing. It's amazing how thing's like these only occur in black based area's. If the food is not late I receive ribs that aren't fresh. Haai maaaan it's too much.

Poor service firstly they take too long to deliver when you order through their app. Our order was short and we paid the full price. Then when you you try to query they don't come back to you. They need to learn about the importance of customer service or they should just go for training and understand their app. Also the tone of voice on the phone you can hear that there s tno professionalism

Most useless restaurant ever. Zero star, it takes 2-3 hours to receive your order. And this not the only time I receive my food after 2 hours.

Zero star from me;I placed an order at 16h16, it is now 20h07.I called the restuarant but the line is inactive. Had a live chat with an agent(Michael), didn't help me.No one bothered to call me or contact me to explain why I won't get my order.Zero customer service.What an inconvenience! Very unreliable. If your order isn't short, it's late if not you won't get it and no one will bother to contact you.This restuarant is a joke if you ask me!Extremely irate ex customer!

I am so disappointed... Just now I ordered and paid online... Received a confirmation message from the app and on text that my order has been received....fast forward I get there...The audacity to even tell me that they forgot about my order and they have no stock... Literally the worst service ever... Why did they let me pay in the first place??? Im not impressed never again
